Press Accreditation
To apply for accreditation kindly email Media.Butheeb@uaeerf.ae with the following information:
Name and position
Intended date of arrival to the event
Copy of passport
The purpose of the Accreditation is:
To identify an individual and relative function
To grant the necessary access to accomplish the mission
Media accreditation is strictly reserved for:
Members of the Press (print, photo, radio, television, film news agencies and online media) who represent a bona fide media team.
Members of the Organiser, Athletes and chefs d’equipes, FEI and NF Press Officers
Freelance journalists and photographers will be accredited on submission of a request including a letter signed by an editor-in-chief confirming commissioned coverage of the event.
Online editorial staff from relevant online media may apply for accreditation
Accreditation is restricted up to a total of two (2) journalists and one (1) photographer per media outlet
Applications for accreditation will be considered on a case-by- case basis. The OC reserves the right to request supplementary documentary evidence. The OC through the person in charge may decide, at any time, to forbid access temporarily, even to an area otherwise permitted by their accreditation.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decline any applications that do not meet accreditation criteria.
All accreditation holders will have access to the public areas.
To collect the badge, a valid passport or any related Identification Document (ID) must be presented.
Accreditation will be open from 21 to 26 February 2023.
